About The Position
To gain exposure to US manufacturing processes as a Mechanical Engineer through a one-year internship program. Help to produce the highest quality product meeting the customer specifications through safe operation of all equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a current college student enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering field
- Fluent in English communication (both oral and written) required
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Nice To Haves
- Good analytical skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates production procedures in Industrial plant
- Directs production departments. Regulates and coordinates function of the press area.
- Introduces efficient production line methods
- Initiates and directs procedures to increase company out-put
- Any reports such as budget, production and/or downtime as needed by operations manager
- Any other tasks as designated by operations manager
