• Support new and existing clients by answering questions, reviewing coverage options, and providing professional guidance.
• Recommend customized solutions based on individual client needs and eligibility.
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards through ongoing training and mentorship.
• Work within a positive, supportive remote team environment focused on communication, growth, and success.
• Develop meaningful, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, trust, and exceptional customer service.
