About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Managing Agents to help working families—including veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families—understand and enroll in valuable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding long-term career. As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you'll combine customer service, relationship-building, and consultative sales to help families protect what matters most.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be physically located within the United States.
Have a computer or laptop.
Have reliable high-speed internet.
Have a webcam and microphone.
Have a quiet, professional workspace.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, recruiting, insurance, call centers, business development, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Learn clients' financial protection needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with্জ beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing training.
