Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be physically located within the United States
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a computer or laptop
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Have a quiet, professional workspace
- Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
- Be willing and eligible to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, military service, recruiting, call centers, financial services, or sales can be beneficial—but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
- Educate clients about coverage options in a clear and professional manner
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
- Assist clients with applications and enrollment
- Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate digital client records
- Build long-term relationships through professional follow-up and exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
