About The Position

David Yurman is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Work Experience Associates to support Company Brand Heritage initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in archival research, digital asset management, and AI technology. The Associate will prepare source materials for an AI-driven Knowledge Management (KM) system and contribute to organizing assets in corporate Media Asset Management (MAM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Library Science (MLS) preferred
  • Experience with enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Media Asset Management (MAM) systems strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with video transcription tools or workflows is a plus
  • Understanding of metadata standards and best practices is advantageous
  • Highly focused, organized, and thorough with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the drive to dive in, learn quickly, follow through, and get things done
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Unafraid to ask questions and proactively seek out resources and answers
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Review, format, and clean documents and source materials for ingestion into a Large Language Model (LLM).
  • Remove redundant, outdated, or irrelevant content to ensure a high-quality input pipeline.
  • Follow established guidelines for document structure and formatting standards.
  • Create accurate transcriptions of video assets to support searchability and accessibility within the Knowledge Management system.
  • Review and quality-check transcriptions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Tag large volumes of digital assets with accurate, consistent metadata across MAM and DAM systems.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure metadata accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and flag duplicate assets for review and resolution.
  • Assist the Project Manager and broader team across interrelated heritage workstreams as needed.
  • Adapt to evolving project priorities and contribute wherever the work requires.
