About The Position

Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort is seeking new team members for its growing Work Camper program for the 2026 season, which runs from May through September. The park is open on weekends during May and September. This program offers opportunities for individuals to live on-site in their own sustainable campers/RVs and work for the resort. A minimum of 35 hours per week is required during full season operation, with 15 hours per week covering the cost of the campsite. Employees receive a paycheck for hours worked beyond the site coverage requirement. There are over 25 job opportunities available within the resort.

Requirements

• Anyone living on site must work for Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort.
• Must have a Camper/RV with total sustainability (Operating Kitchen/Shower/Toilet).
• Must work at least 35 hours per week (during full season operation).
• 15 hours per week covers cost of site.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (will accept 16+ with parent and/or guardian).

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Gather and analyze information efficiently.
• Develop alternative solutions when needed.
• Utilize basic arithmetic (Add, Subtract, Divide, and Multiply).
• Properly handle a cash register and its functions after training.
• Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manner.
• Complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion.
• Read and interpret information quickly.
• Keep assigned work area clean and organized at all times.
• File appropriate documentation and be able to furnish information on request.
• Fill downtime with appropriate tasks.
• Work in an efficient manner.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Monitor own work for quality assurance.
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction.
• Take responsibility for own actions.
• Complete tasks on time.
• Consistently be on time for scheduled shift.
