About The Position

Spacious Skies Campgrounds is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable Work Camper who loves problem-solving, hospitality, and the great outdoors to join their Cosmic Crew. This role involves hands-on site and facility care with guest interaction, keeping campgrounds running smoothly and looking their best. Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in grounds, facility, or property maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, utilities, equipment repair)
• Valid driver’s license; ability to safely operate trucks, tractors, and motorized equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Weekend, holiday, and varied shift availability

Nice To Haves

• Campground/mobile home/property maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of buildings, amenities, and grounds
• Landscaping, mowing, trimming, debris cleanup
• Pool care and maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and small equipment troubleshooting
• Safe operation of trucks, tractors, and tools
• Honey-wagon duties and utility system support
• Special projects to improve the campground experience
