About The Position
If you have more than 5 years of experience creating effective websites, master WordPress, and focus on design that truly converts, this role may be for you. We are looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, who enjoys teamwork and building high-impact digital experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in web or digital design
- Experience with WordPress (Elementor)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, CSS, and web animations
- Solid knowledge in UX/UI and responsive design
- B2 English level (conversational)
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize websites, landing pages, and microsites
- Create experiences focused on conversion and usability
- Develop proposals from wireframes to final design
- Work closely with marketing, product, and developers
- Analyze results and continuously improve (A/B testing)
