About The Position

Dezign Concepts is seeking a WordPress & Applications Developer to create engaging WordPress experiences and integrate secure, data-driven applications across AWS and mission cloud environments. This role involves bringing together web development, content management, cloud engineering, and data integration to deliver custom solutions for complex mission needs. You will build polished WordPress experiences, code within AWS environments, and help connect applications, systems, databases, and enterprise data, turning complex requirements into secure, intuitive, and maintainable digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Creating custom WordPress plugins using PHP to add new website functionality.
  • Developing custom WordPress themes using HTML, CSS, and PHP to create unique designs and layouts.
  • Using JavaScript to create interactive WordPress elements, such as sliders and modals.
  • Designing and developing web-based applications.
  • Configuring content management in WordPress.
  • Applying WordPress core functions, hooks, and APIs to develop custom solutions.
  • Communicating with clients and customers in spoken and written formats.
  • Coding within AWS environments.
  • Designing, developing, integrating, and interfacing with systems and databases in a cloud environment.
  • Conveying technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
  • Active Top Secret with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities
