Requirements

• 3+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop equipment.
• Detail-oriented and consistent, reliable, on time, and easy to work with.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality custom wood doors and wood products.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Assemble, sand, and prepare products for finishing.
• Ensure all work meets quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
