Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in basic or rough carpentry
- Ability to read and understand production schedule and blueprints
- Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment, using protective clothing and respirator if needed
- Requires ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, powered and manual
- Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal
- Working knowledge of procedures , instructions, and documents as it relates to the quality system

Responsibilities
- Performs basic wood working or rough carpentry work on small or large boats.
- Frequently involves use of staples and staple guns in assembly of rough wood structures to be covered with other materials (fiberglass, upholstery).
- Includes mill assembly and lamination woodworking positions.
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of woodshop including running CNC routers, cabinet building, and assembly builds.
