About The Position

KSI Professional, part of the Monkey in the Metal family, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Woodshop Production Associate to help manufacture professional loudspeaker products in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves hands-on production using established designs, existing CNC cutting files, and repeatable assembly processes rather than creating new designs from scratch. The employer prefers a consistent schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with shorter consistent shifts potentially available depending on availability and production needs. Full-time employment may be considered for the right candidate. The associate will help produce speaker cabinets and finished products from raw materials through final assembly, inspection, and packaging. Work includes CNC router operation, cabinet assembly, sanding and spray painting, component installation and basic wiring, quality checks, packaging, materials monitoring, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized workspace. The associate may occasionally support other woodworking and fabrication projects as production schedules allow. The position offers $20–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and flexible scheduling. Full-time benefits include a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays, including a week-long closure between Christmas and New Year’s. Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, safely lift up to 50 pounds, work around woodworking machinery, dust, and paint materials while using appropriate protective equipment, and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Qualified candidates will be invited to a brief shop interview and practical hands-on build assessment.
