Requirements

Basic knowledge of woodworking and assembly techniques.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to read measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous woodworking, carpentry, furniture assembly, and manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble wooden components, furniture, cabinets, or fixtures according to specifications.
Read and interpret, diagrams, and work orders.
Measure, cut, sand, and fit wood parts to ensure proper assembly.
Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, nail guns, and sanders.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
Install hardware such as hinges, brackets, handles, and fasteners.
Repair or replace damaged wood components when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
