The Wood Shop Team Member is responsible for completing all woodworking capabilities in a manner that meets our standards for design, quality, safety, and cleanliness. This full-time position works with a variety of tools, hardware, and machinery at our Killbuck campus. Experience in an advanced wood-working environment is highly preferred. Requirements

Good communication skills
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
Flexible schedule when workload and deadlines need to be met

Nice To Haves

Experience in an advanced wood-working environment
Experience running equipment such as a table saw, and planer/sander preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and stage wood materials
Understand and operate machinery such as planers, routers, and orbital hand sanders, as well as other machinery as necessary
Follow all policies and company practices to ensure a safe and quality working environment
Operate within standard operating procedures and quality control processes
Complete and process repetitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Assist in other Divisions as needed by the business
