The Women’s Recovery Navigator will be a self-identified woman in recovery who has maintained a minimum of 2 years sobriety. This role will deliver comprehensive outreach and engagement services including education, advocacy, coaching, and mentorship to pregnant and parenting women choosing to work with a navigator. The navigator will have the willingness to share lived experience to help other women in their recovery journey, act as a “boundary spanner” to link clients to essential community services, and demonstrate “cultural curiosity” and willingness to deliver services in a culturally responsive manner. Working within Adult Services, the Family Recovery Navigator works with our Women’s REACH program staff to provide essential outpatient services to families and adults facing mental health and substance use complexities.
