This Women's Health Regional Business Lead opportunity is located in the Indiana area, covering territories such as Fort Wayne North & South, Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Hammond, IN. The primary purpose of this Regional Sales Manager role is to coach, lead, motivate, develop, and hire sales professionals. The position requires providing the necessary leadership to achieve sales goals for Astellas’ products and services within a region, maximizing business growth through close collaboration with the Area Director, Marketing, Managed Markets Manager, and Training and Development. Responsibilities include managing Sales Professionals, providing consistent and uniform direction to the team regarding the execution of sales and marketing strategies and tactics, developing the field team within the region, focusing on managing performance and career progression, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources, and maintaining effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.
