This role is customer facing and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The position is responsible for managing Astellas' products within a territory, partnering with counterparts, teammates, and cross-functional colleagues as appropriate. The role balances territory and regional work and projects while maintaining a solid level of sales performance, exhibiting a strong level of skill in competencies, and demonstrating sales influence within the territory and at times within the region.
