Your Impactful Responsibilities: Lead with Excellence: Manage daily preparation and scheduling of delivery rooms, ensuring that our team operates at peak performance, even with unexpected changes. Champion Patient Care: Oversee the daily care of our patients, ensuring their experience is second to none. Drive Quality Standards: Develop and interpret our hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and continuously improving health outcomes. Build a Stellar Team: Recruit, select, orient, and train nurses and auxiliary staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Achieve Financial Goals: Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure financial health and resource allocation. Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain the functionality of medical and administrative equipment, ensuring availability, maintenance, and troubleshooting are handled efficiently. Manage Supplies: Oversee nursing supplies inventory, identifying trends, anticipating needs, and approving requisitions to ensure smooth operations. Hands-On Care: Assist with patient care as needed, including circulating and/or scrubbing, and take on call responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • At least five (5) years in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum, with 5 years in leadership/directorship roles.
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP
