About The Position
Ardea Partners is a private investment banking advisory firm founded by four former Goldman Sachs partners with over 100 years of combined experience. Specializing primarily in the Financial Services sector, along with Consumer, Media and Technology, Natural Resources and Industrials, we pride ourselves in delivering valuable, relevant, and independent financial and strategic advice. Requirements
- Identify as a female student
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Self starter with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with an eye for details
- A good understanding of financial statements and commercial acumen
- Maturity and comfort with working in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative environment
- A demonstrable interest in M&A
