About The Position
The Women's Recovery Technician provides direct support and supervision to female clients in a residential substance use treatment program. This position promotes a safe, structured, and supportive environment while encouraging clients' recovery and personal growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health, recovery services, or human services preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Monitoring client activities
- Documenting observations
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Facilitating transportation when needed
- Conducting room checks
- Supporting program activities
- Responding appropriately to emergencies
