About The Position

Sword Health is seeking a specialist trained as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) with an IBCLC certification to join the Bloom team. Bloom is an AI-powered women's health platform that brings together clinical expertise across every life stage. This role is central to delivering on that vision. In this remote, variable-hour role, you will serve women in the Pregnancy and Postpartum pathways. You bring the expert guidance, and Bloom's AI handles detection and routing. AI proficiency is a core expectation at Sword Health, with a three-level framework (Explorer, Builder, Integrator) to assess candidates. All hires must demonstrate at least Level 1 (Explorer), using AI daily to boost personal productivity.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted CNM licensure; national certification through AMCB required
IBCLC certification required
Experience in telehealth or digital health
A passion for personalized, whole-body care and a genuine belief that technology can close the gaps women face in pregnancy and postpartum healthcare
Excellent interpersonal skills that translate into a digital care environment, with ability to build trust and engagement
Ability to balance clinical rigor with a strong focus on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support
Hard-working and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A strong commitment to data security and privacy
Demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency (Explorer - Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity)

Nice To Haves

3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery
Thorough understanding and experience in wellness services
Clear understanding of scope boundaries within wellness model

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized guidance on the functional, physical, and emotional aspects across pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, early postpartum recovery, and lactation support
Identify when member needs fall outside wellness scope and require clinical evaluation
Contribute to the program protocol and AI development and participate in quality review
Support Bloom’s operations by shaping workflows and helping scale consistent, high-quality care delivery
Coordinate with Bloom's multidisciplinary team
