About The Position
Expanding practice seeks a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to work in Tampa, Florida! Join a mission-driven community health center for a 100% outpatient role with no nights, weekends, holidays, or inpatient/delivery responsibilities. This role involves comprehensive ambulatory women’s health, including well-woman exams, acute visits, family planning, prenatal/postpartum care, contraceptive counseling and LARC insertion/removal, colposcopies, biopsies, and other in-office procedures, and perimenopausal/menopausal care. The position may involve practicing across multiple outpatient locations.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
- Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license.
- National certification as WHNP, FNP, or AGNP with substantial women’s health experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- 2–3 years of outpatient OB/GYN or women’s health experience required.
- In-office gynecologic procedure experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ambulatory women’s health services.
- Conduct well-woman exams.
- Manage acute visits.
- Offer family planning services.
- Provide prenatal/postpartum care.

- Perform colposcopies, biopsies, and other in-office procedures.
- Manage perimenopausal/menopausal care.
- Potentially practice across multiple outpatient locations.
