Overview OBGYN South , a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full-time C linical Supervisor to join our team! The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. Applicants with prior leadership in women's health will be given priority. Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given priority. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day staffing for Clinic staff for all locations Orientation and training for staff Develop clinical policies and procedures Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests Laboratory liaison--QA Interview/Personnel selection Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care Leadership and Management: Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of TWH Position has full responsibility for recruiting, hiring, promotion, retention, staff training and continuing education, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, teammate relations, disciplinary action, and termination of direct reports. Is a positive voice and champions TWH’s organizational initiatives. Creates channels of communication within the practice such as daily huddles, monthly team member meetings, 1:1 coaching sessions and participating in townhall sessions. Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment with all levels of leadership, within his/her peer group; work collaboratively with field leadership, physicians, and all clinical/non-clinical team members. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments (required if managing licensed clinical support team members). Highly proficient navigating EMR system(s). Superior patient care service and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop strong and supportive working relationships with a wide variety of people and backgrounds. Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills Must know, understand, and comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards when accessing or communicating patient information. Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience managing hourly team members in a healthcare setting Athena EMR experience preferred Required Education and Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in Women’s health highly preferred High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current state licensure as an LPN or RN, in good standing (required if managing licensed clinical support team members). Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience managing hourly team members in a healthcare setting What’s in it for you?
