About The Position
Help lead a department dedicated to high-quality care, strong clinical operations, and an exceptional patient experience. At Center for Family Health, we are committed to Opening the Door to Healthcare for All. We are seeking a Women’s Health Clinic Manager who brings strong leadership, clinical insight, and a passion for supporting both patients and care teams.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan required
- Demonstrated leadership ability required
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the daily functions of the department
- Support staff, collaborate with providers and leadership, and help ensure efficient operations
- Promote quality care and a strong team-based environment
- Lead daily operations within the Women’s Health department
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and development
- Support provider collaboration and a positive patient experience
- Lead quality, compliance, and safety efforts
- Help manage clinic productivity, workflow, and operational goals
- Promote a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
