We are seeking a Women’s Health Clinic Manager who brings strong leadership, clinical insight, and a passion for supporting both patients and care teams. Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability required
  • BLS certification required or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations within the Women’s Health department
  • Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and development
  • Support provider collaboration and a positive patient experience
  • Lead quality, compliance, and safety efforts
  • Help manage clinic productivity, workflow, and operational goals
  • Promote a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
