About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who is extremely organized and detail-oriented to join our Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our curated fashion selections are packed and processed with accuracy and efficiency. The Operations Associate will play a hands-on role in fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics while contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities

• Scan, pack, and ship client orders, ensuring accuracy and a premium unboxing experience.
• Unpack and scan shipped-back boxes, process unpurchased items, charge customers accurately for kept items, and restock inventory in the proper location.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure all products meet our standards before reaching clients.
• Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance workflow.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists, including stocking supplies, maintaining a tidy work environment, and preparing for the next day’s operations.
• Take on various operations-related tasks as needed.
