About The Position
We are hiring a Women’s Footwear Designer to create brand-right, consumer-driven women’s footwear from concept through production approval. The role translates consumer insights, trends, and market research into commercially viable designs while partnering cross-functionally to meet cost, margin, fit, and manufacturing goals. The company is looking for team members with strong footwear design, sketching, CAD, and presentation skills.
