The Wok Cook is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of all food items. This includes preparing food and setting up all stations with necessary supplies efficiently and in a timely manner. Wok cooks must prepare each dish consistently in terms of portion size, taste, and plating, adhering to all recipes and TAO Standards. They are also expected to follow guidelines for sanitation, food handling, and hygiene.
