About The Position
Under direct supervision, the person in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed. Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment. Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation. Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to identify electrical components.
- Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components.
- Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools.
- Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
