Requirements
- Experience with building wiring harnesses from scratch; including soldering, crimping, terminating, etc.
- Experience with soldering components onto PCBAs under a microscope.
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- 1+ years of experience in harness manufacturing.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience
- QA/QC experience
- IPC certification
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and repair harnesses according to detailed technical drawings and schematics.
- Use essential tools and test equipment for harness builds.
- Solder components onto PCBAs.
- Maintain a clean lab environment.
