This role supports the Wire Operations team and focuses on the processing and confirmation of wire transactions within a high‑volume, call center environment. The position involves handling approximately 60 to 80 inbound and outbound calls per day to enter wire requests, perform verbal confirmations, and coordinate with customers, bankers, and relationship managers to complete transactions, including those requiring additional approvals. Daily work includes navigating multiple systems, following established procedures to ensure accuracy, and completing follow‑up actions when confirmations are not immediately obtained.
