About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Wi-Fi Test Engineer to join our wireless engineering team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for next-generation wireless features and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to validate Wi-Fi functionality, performance, and reliability across enterprise-grade access point platforms.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Wi-Fi functional and performance testing
Good experience and solid understanding of wireless protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be
Proficiency in Python with prior automation experience
Excellent understanding of 802.11 MAC & PHY layer functionality
Experience in maintaining & scaling up Wi-Fi test labs
In-depth knowledge of analyzing over-the-air (OTA) data
Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as performance tools, spectrum analyzers, and sniffer tools.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in validating wireless features on enterprise access points is preferred
Wi-Fi certification experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for wireless features
Solid understanding of wireless communication protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be
Develop test strategies and execute them through automation and manual testing
Support development teams in debugging and reproducing issues
Clearly communicate and drive multiple projects across cross-functional teams
Demonstrate strong passion, curiosity, and ownership
