About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Specialist to sell wireless devices and services at a Verizon Authorized Retailer. Compensation includes a base rate of $14.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential; the stated average with commission is $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more. Requirements

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, other devices, and wireless services to the general public while providing outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns developed with the Marketing Department and through community involvement events.
Contact current customers by phone to identify additional sales opportunities.
Maintain current knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and office and administrative duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Build customer relationships and provide service tailored to customers’ needs.
