About The Position
Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Specialist at its South Orange, New Jersey location. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, other devices, and wireless services to the general public while providing outstanding customer service.
- Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns developed with the Marketing Department and through community involvement events.
- Contact current customers by phone to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain current knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and office and administrative duties.
- Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
- Provide individualized customer service and determine customers’ wireless needs.
- Represent Russell Cellular’s values and brand with teammates, customers, and community members.
