Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Specialist to sell wireless devices and services as a Verizon Authorized Retailer. The role focuses on learning customers’ needs and providing individualized service to help them select appropriate products and services. The position offers a base rate of $15.16 per hour plus uncapped commission potential. The company reports an average of $18 per hour with commission, with the opportunity to earn more. Requirements

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
Interest or aptitude in technology and ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.
Availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, other devices, and wireless services to the general public while providing outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns coordinated with the Marketing Department and through community involvement events.
Contact current customers by phone to pursue additional sales opportunities.
Maintain current knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and office and administrative duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Practice Russell Cellular’s core values and demonstrate its commitment to caring for customers, teammates, and community members.
