About The Position

Full-Time Verizon Retail Sales - Immediate Hire + Paid Training. We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment. Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
  • Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
  • Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
  • Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
  • Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
  • Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
  • Accurately document and report sales
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
  • Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
  • Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
