2020 Companies is seeking Full-Time Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities to join their team of Wireless Sales Pros, promoting wireless services within local Walmart stores. The role involves engaging with consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans, learning to uncover desires and overcome objections, fostering professional relationships, and collaborating to achieve goals. This is not a door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing position. The company is an outsourced Sales & Marketing company representing the Walmart Wireless Sales Program, hiring Sales Representatives and brand advocates for Fortune 200 companies. They recruit, hire, train, and cultivate various roles to tailor solutions for clients aiming to grow market share, build brand awareness, expand distribution channels, and connect with consumers. The position requires selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments, maintaining professional interaction with customers and colleagues, and meeting or exceeding personal sales goals. It also involves courteously welcoming customers, offering assistance, directing them to displays, assessing needs, suggesting products, advising on products and services, helping customers make selections, accurately documenting sales, contributing to team effort, tracking and communicating activity to Retail Operations, and ensuring the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable. Accurate and complete submission of all paperwork is also a responsibility.
