2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities to join their team of Wireless Sales Pros. This role involves working in the wireless services section within your local Walmart, engaging with consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. You will learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections, fostering professional relationships with customers and fellow employees, welcoming customers, and politely offering solutions. The position also requires collaboration with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success. This is not a door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing role. You will be responsible for selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments, maintaining professional interaction with customers and colleagues, and meeting or exceeding personal sales goals monthly. Tasks include directing customers to displays, assessing their needs, suggesting suitable products, advising on products and services, helping with selections, accurately documenting and reporting sales, tracking and communicating activity to Retail Operations, and ensuring your workstation is clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
