About The Position

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Specialist to join their team. This role involves practicing core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service by understanding customer needs and providing individualized customer service. The position focuses on the retail sale of cell phones, tablets, watches, devices, and wireless services. As a full-time representative, you will be responsible for developing product knowledge, facilitating sales, conducting customer calls, managing daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling), and monitoring sales goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services by attending and completing all required trainings and meetings
  • Provide award winning customer service to every customer every time while you facilitate the retail sale of cell phones, tablets, watches, devices, and wireless services
  • Conduct calls to our customers who seek to learn more about our wireless devices and services
  • Handle the daily store operations such as opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administration duties
  • Monitor action plans developed by the store manager for the accomplishment of daily/monthly sales goals
