About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Specialist to help customers find wireless products and services that fit their needs while providing an exceptional customer experience. The role involves building customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to a high-energy team environment. Compensation includes a base rate of $15.16 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are stated as up to $20.00 per hour, with high performers able to earn more. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered in two installments: $500 within the first one to two paychecks and $500 after 90 days of employment.
