About The Position

The Verizon Wireless Zone in Mount Pleasant, PA is looking for motivated, engaging, and outgoing people to join its sales team. As a Sales Representative and Account Specialist, you will manage client relationships, drive growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will nurture and expand client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.

Responsibilities
