About The Position

Premium is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in retail locations. Sales Pros serve as wireless experts, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving. The role offers a competitive hourly base rate with unlimited earnings potential; the top 25% of sales professionals earn upwards of $20 per hour including starting hourly pay and commissions. The position also offers an authentic selling style, career advancement opportunities, coaching, and health benefit plans that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

A high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
Resilience and resourcefulness in approaching customers in a high-traffic environment.
Motivation to excel in a commission-based sales role.
Ability to stand and move around during 8–10-hour shifts.
Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Willingness and drive to learn; prior sales experience or existing wireless-category knowledge is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new phones, upgrades, and bundled accessories.
Proactively start conversations with customers.
Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Recommend personalized product bundles to shoppers.
Help shoppers enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
Keep wireless planogram displays stocked and in excellent condition.
Motivate, coach, and lead team members in completing assigned tasks.
Provide excellent customer service while demonstrating integrity.
