About The Position

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Wireless team. This role involves overseeing a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals. The position requires acting as a player-coach, motivating teams to exceed sales targets, and demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic. The company operates in over 1300 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America and provides comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.

Requirements

Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
