About The Position
OSL is a dynamic, people-first company providing outsourced sales solutions for some of North America’s biggest Fortune 500 companies. Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate its 350 wireless kiosk locations across Canada, and we are growing fast. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will process new activations, upgrades, prepaid plans and close sales on wireless devices and accessories. This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team. As part of our recruitment process, we utilize artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to assist with certain stages, including initial resume screening and skills-matching assessments. These tools are designed to help our hiring team identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align closely with the requirements of the role. Requirements

- Expert on our multi-carrier platform: Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Lucky Mobile and Chatr.
Responsibilities
- Process new activations, upgrades, and prepaid plans.
- Close sales on wireless devices and accessories.
- Connect customers with the right wireless solutions for their needs.
- Sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
- Handle new activations and upgrades.
