About The Position

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right AT&T products and services while delivering a great in-store experience. You’ll talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions, sell AT&T wireless products, services, and technology, and build strong customer relationships through excellent service. You will work with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals, learn about new products, promotions, and technology, and take advantage of ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. Your mission is to help every customer leave with a great experience and the AT&T products and services that best fit their needs. You’ll connect people with technology while building your own sales skills, earning potential, and career.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable learning and talking about technology
• Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
