Responsibilities

  • Represent AT&T Authorized Retailer (Blue Link Wireless) in a retail store environment.
  • Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide solutions.
  • Sell wireless products and services, including phones, plans, and accessories.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology, products, and services.
  • Operate point of sale and activation systems.
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept retail store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training programs.
