About The Position
Wireless Zone®, A Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is the nation's largest wireless retail franchise with over 700 stores and growing. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with positive attitudes to assist our Verizon sales teams. As a Wireless Operations Assistant, you'll get to learn our communication technology, operations and sales process inside and out.
Requirements
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
- Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers
- Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime

Responsibilities
- Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls
- Assisting customers with customer service needs
- Merchandising sales floors
- Organizing stock rooms
- Greeting customers
- Transferring customer's data to their new device
- Selling accessories
- Completing all other daily needs of a retail store location
- Handle service inquiries from customers
- Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
