About The Position

As an Integrated Technologies Architect on the Oracle Health Network Assurance team, you will be providing consulting services to clients throughout North America for analysis of their wired and wireless networks with minimal oversight. These consulting services include the analysis of a clients’ network using network analysis tools as well as established processes. The analysis using the tools and processes ensure our client’s network meets industry standards and adheres to Oracle Health standards for the successful implementation of Oracle Health solutions. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on completing network assessments involving the analysis of the network topologies, config/show commands, network architecture and capacity requirements. The wireless network assessment will also focus on an analysis of radio-frequency for data, voice and video communication standards over Wi-Fi. You will be focused on capturing data while at client sites, completing an analysis of this data and then transferring this information into a useful report format for our clients using a standardized report format. When you are onsite a status report will be expected on a daily basis to keep the client and your Oracle Health Implementation team up to date on progress made for all tasks to be completed. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on collaboratively working with our clients and the Oracle Health Implementation team members as well as your peers on the Network Assurance team to deliver a concise and thorough report that is useful to our clients and identifies issues they need to address for their wired and/or wireless networks as well as recommendations. You will be responsible for presenting the final network assessment report(s) to our Oracle Health Implementation team as well as the client which may include leadership up to the C-Suite. You will adhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for network assessments and create/deliver appropriate documentation. You may be expected to engage with the client while onsite outside of normal business hours to complete the network assessment in areas not easily assessable (i.e, surgery areas, ER) during normal business hours. You will be expected to establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. You will be assigned to multiple client engagements at one time and will be expected to manage these multiple work assignments including administrative tasks such as timely submission of expense reports and timesheets. Managing priorities and communication of client expectations and progress is expected. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be expected to attend and participate in team meetings and working sessions which will support you in continuing to develop your knowledge of wired and wireless networks.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration.
  • Experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau Software Suite, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, packet analyzer tools.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients outside of normal business hours when necessary to complete network assessments in hard-to-access areas.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, including administrative tasks like submitting expense reports and timesheets.
  • Managing priorities and communicating client expectations and progress.
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and working sessions to develop knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
