About The Position

This role is responsible for providing operational and customer service support for a variety of banking operations. Balancing and Borrowing funds to keep the Bank in positive status with FRB.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers and employees.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Competence with computers, telephone, 10-key calculator, other office machinery, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1-2 years of related experience is required.
Must be a quick learner
Must have good technical skills
Must be able to perform multiple tasks under pressure
Must be a team player
Must work with little or no supervision

Responsibilities

Borrowing and balancing from multiple other institutions.
Completing borrowing and balancing reports throughout the day.
Inputting outgoing wires.
Verifying outgoing wires with customers.
Reviewing, initiating, and processing Incoming/Outgoing wires.
Reverse wires.
FX Items – PCBB Balancing, orders, shipping, wires, and check items.
Swift code searches
Garda branch shipping requests or errors
FRB GL Recon currency outages
Logic Path C3 Currency/Coin Ordering and Shipping for branches.
Answering service messages, e-mails, CRM events, and telephone inquiries from the branches and Customer Service.
Cross-trained in other areas of the department.
