About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Wire Specialist in the warehouse for our St. Louis, MO branch. This position will report directly to the Director of Project Solutions Group.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team (self-starter required).
Capability to handle multiple tasks and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of wire gauge is a plus.
Forklift experience is preferred, along with familiarity with other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate wire cutting machinery, tools, and other equipment.
Basic knowledge of wire gauge is a plus (willingness to learn is required if unfamiliar).
Collaborate with the sales team to accurately pull wire and cut to complete customer orders or branch transfers.
Properly store wire reels in designated locations.
Forklift experience is preferred, along with familiarity with other material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and barcode scanners.
Manage electrical materials and supplies, including picking, packing, staging, and verifying orders within the warehouse as needed.
